Excellent parasol so big and covers a 8 seater sofas , love the lights on very relaxing, it’s extremely heavy so needs two people to put into the stand, we had to buy weights for the stand we purchased Curtis plastic free standing umbrella base, otherwise it won’t hold up all the weight of the umbrella. This is such a large and solid item with a brilliant range of movement it’s really impressive. My only disappointment was some really poor stitching on the fabric. I sorted it and hope this was a one off as it really does seem like a great quality item. This comes with a base but YOU NEED WEIGHTS. Even when not windy. On your website the parasol is definitely shown with a large base, and there is no mention that one would have to be purchased separately, or as in the instructions to assemble that concrete blocks would need to be placed on the base to hold it down.
