Ordering was easy. Delivery came quickly. Assembly was very difficult. I couldn’t understand the instructions about which screws to use for the different steps. I recently made my third purchase with Mayfair, delivery always on time staff customer service is excellent and mannerly, I had an issue with a sofa I bought and despite attempts to resolve the slight problem Wayfair fully refunded my cost and allowed me to retain the sofa.
