Yes very pleased with hot tub and economical for us to run now we have the solar panels. We have no bath only a shower so it’s good to get in the hot tub to ease aches and pains. It is at a constant 40 deg.. Jeany. Sat May 16 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having previously had an older model Lay-Z-Spa, the New York is a step up. It just feels slightly more premium. It seems to hold its shape a little better and weight wise is easy enough to move around(pre filling of course). It performs really well, as other Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs I have owned do too and is a great purchase. So far it seems very durable and the noise is pretty standard fare for a hot tub.
