Ordering was easy. Delivery came quickly. Assembly was very difficult. I couldn’t understand the instructions about which screws to use for the different steps. Great bench perfect for any size garden. Storage part is not waterproof, but is a handy storage area. I have kept a waterproof bag in mine so that I can keep blankets etc in.
