Extremely disappointed - will never buy from Wayfair again even though I was planning to decorate a few more rooms using your products. Shopping experience from start to finish was poor. The wallpaper looks nothing like the pictures on the website - very deceiving! I bought 4 rolls of wallpaper and when it came 2 rolls were different colour (see photos attached) and when I contacted Wayfair they just passed me around and were not helpful and couldn't even find the order. Meanwhile I had paid for decorators to come and decorate who were only available on certain days. In the end I had to buy some some more wallpaper and re-book the decorators which added to the cost of the project. Extremely stressful as I was planning a party at the end of June which now is ruined because I'm going to have an house half decorated. The members of Wayfair staff that we spoke to about our situation were rude, unsympathetic and kept passing us around to different departments until they cut us off. No customer service skills whatsoever! I would have given you zero stars if there was an option for it. I will strongly recommend not buying from your company.
