Very unsatisfactory experience. I ordered these on 2nd July, and specifically asked with my telephone order that they be delivered on 19th July or after, since I would be abroad from 8th to 18th July. I was told this would be ok. I was then informed that delivery would be 14th. I rang and said that I needed a delivery after 19th. Then when I was abroad on the 8th I was informed that the delivery had been made on the 8th. I was lucky that my neighbour saw them outside the house on the pavement and took them in for me. I arrived back and inspected the package, and find that the finish is not particularly good. It couldn’t get much worse really.
