Smashed to pieces. Appalling packaging and delivery. Replacement never arrived was only delivered to couriers depot. Cancelled order to buy elsewhere but still no refund. Dreadful product and service

The mirror is more pewter than silver, which is suited my needs, but I feel that it should have been described as such. It arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with the quality and look of the item.
