Ordered on 23/8/2024 Order Number 4256205524 Left on Front door step = opened immediately to find Glass on Front of Clock broken into 3 pieces. Requested replacement which was supposed to be delivered on 18/9/2024 = still not received. Now want full refund, £20 offered as good will, but this does not cover the cost of the item.
