Dune Bowl

I ordered one of these as a present back in January and the colours were stunning-bright red, grey and gold. I wanted to treat myself recently so ordered exactly the same one for myself and was very disappointed when it arrived. The bright red was in fact pink, so the overall effect was far less stunning. So I started a return and was amazed to see that even though the product did not meet the description online I had to pay £6.99 to return the item by DHL. The nearest DHL drop-off is 5 miles away from here. I would have kept the product had the colours being right but through no fault of my own I have had to incur this cost to return the bowl to Wayfair. I can’t find anywhere online where I can contact the head office so I’m having to write this negative review here. It doesn’t seem fair that if the product does not meet the specification online that the customer has to pay the postage cost and the whole returns procedure is very difficult by only having DHL as the carrier.

This bowl is so lovely, the colour really pops out. Everyone who see’s it always compliments it.
