Bartram Flat Wall Mirror

The measurements listed clearly didn’t match the photo. Spoke to two different advisors. Neither could help, or appreciate the problem the picture couldn’t possibly be a mirror that was only 15cm wide, or provide accurate measurements. When mirror arrived, it is completely smashed. Refund is being processed. I was then asked to dispose of huge 115cm x 115cm mirror with razor sharp shards myself. I refused and collection is to be arranged. Having read other reviews, it seems a number of other buyers have had same problem, yet issues around poor packaging and measurements haven’t been addressed. Staff are very polite and tried to help, but it is frustrating going around in circles. I’ll look elsewhere next time. If you are buying, be aware mirror is very large. Box is 120cmx 130cm. Had it been in good condition, I’m sure it would look lovely but I don’t want to risk it a second time.

Really disappointed in the quality of this mirror, the frame isn’t what I expected it looks rather cheap painted in silver more than a metallic finish like the picture suggests.

Beautiful addition to our lounge. The mirror is very well made, looks very grand and antique. Definitely worth every penny.
