Beautiful I purchased this for Christmas for my partner. So pleased very good quality wood looks and sounds just like a real Big Ben

Its nice clock, its shame instructions inside clock, found bottom half clock not secure as top, and chains and barrels where awkward to attach, bit more instructions would off helped. It was a present for my brother and now its on wall I don't now if sound volume can be changed as it will mean taking it off wall to check instructions inside clock. Overall nice item but needs bit thought in instructions. Many Thanks.

Don't waste your money. It's not a good build. The bottom part fell off, snapping the wood. Magnetic holder and battery space loose In the packaging. Clock face a foil sticker/transfer. I have had to mend the wood with glue and nails. The pendulum magnetic device, I had to mend and reinstall on to the battery area. The whole clock does look good when hung on the wall. It's possibly will break again when I remove it from the wall to replace any of the 4 batteries it takes. Given two stars because it does look good when up and running.
