Not very good quality are no way are they blackouts curtains

Bad Customer Service. I ordered these due to the advertised size 902cm length. I needed the curtain length to be 300cm. The delivery arrived on time but it was the wrong length. I contacted customer service online to verify that the advertised size was correct and was assured that it was. I then re ordered. I happily decorated my hall around the colour of these curtains. Two days later an email arrived telling me my order was cancelled and when I enquired the apoligised and told me the measurements were incorrect on the website (due to a manufacturer error). I was advised to look for an alternative but when I went online all the curtains showed Out of Stock. After contacting customer services again I was told that there was nothing they could do, no replacement offered and a cursory apology by email arrived. Really bad service from this company. I would hestitate to recommend them to anybody. So disappointed.

These curtains were shown as Blackouts but we're just lined curtains. I was very happy to get a refund straight away.
