On opening the door to receive the product, the courier just simply dropped the parcel on the ground rather than hand it to me , even though the parcel was clearly sealed with tape saying “fragile”, which I pointed out to the courier who seemed non plussed” . On opening the parcel the product seemed fine. It subsequently failed at the welded joints. I tried to repair with super glue but failed. As the product initially seemed ok and not visibly damaged I have ordered another one as I cannot definitely prove the damage was caused when the parcel was dropped although it may have weakened the welded joints.
