Mcmath Plain Weave / Muslin Throw Blanket

The wrong colour was sent black instead of natural beige, the inside packaging was tipped to pieces.I contacted Wayfair explained, sent a photo and I asked for a refund.They promised to send an email.I’ve chased this and have been told they ordered another one for me.I asked for this to be cancelled but said that might not be possible.In order to send the wrong throw back they have organised for UPS to collect but couldn’t tell me a day or time. They will call up to three times, I’ve missed the first visit as I had an appointment today and I work Part time.This is a very poor system.
