Can anyone help me here , I have purchased this product (semi sheer vertical blind) but the quality is poor and I don’t like it , about a month ago I claimed a return and they said there will be 3 attempts to pick up the item but no one has shown up still waiting!!!!

Have so much privacy on my patio. When the wind blows the bamboo curtains sound just like the ocean waves

Keeps the flies out of my house when my sliding door is open and the dogs are ruining my screen. I love it!
