The low score is more about the packaging than the item. The canvas was only protected by one flimsy piece of bubble wrap which didn't even meet at the back and then the flimsiest of brown wrapping paper. The packaging was ripped and the canvas was showing through. The canvas front has an indent in the front but as it's such a busy print and where it is we can get away with it. The back of the canvas is stapled to the frame but not very well and it's wavy at the back. Won't buy from this company again.
