Abstract Wall Decor on Metal

PLEASE do not bother purchasing this. I got this shipped to my house on FOUR OCCASIONS because I love the piece sooooo much, and I was desperately hopeful that it would arrive in one piece. Do not waste your money, as it will never arrive without damage. All four of the shipments (each to replace the last broken one) came with damage to the wooden frame. The third shipment was SO bad that the metal frame was ridiculously bent it seemed liked a cruel joke. I called wayfair and told them about my third attempt at getting this adorable piece and they were super helpful. I told wayfair how the cardboard box is so flimsy that I could rip it open with my bare hands. There was NO padding or styrofoam (Just a thin plastic bag) to protect the item except in ONE of the FOUR shipments and it was not enough padding because it was still broken. After listening to my concern about wanting this piece so badly and being confused on the lack of packaging, the wayfair rep called the warehouse where this is shipped out from and explained my disappointment and desire for a non-broken decor item. I thought I would maybe get an especially cushioned package since I escalated it all the way to the distributor, but the fourth piece came more broken than the second. Just don't bother. Or you can chance it and hope your shipping folks are insanely gentle with a thin, flimsy, non-cushioned, poorly packaged item.

This is a beautiful piece! Great for a large space (I purchased for my bedroom wall) and has a good weight about it too. The wood frame was broken upon arrival, at first. However, Wayfair was wonderful about a replacement. I received the second one, undamaged and within 2 days tops! Really, the best customer service by far. Now the beautiful piece will hang perfectly in my bedroom.

Wayfair customer service is excellent as always. I was disappointed when the wooden piece was broken when I received it. They immediately shipped a replacement and it arrived quickly. I am happy with the piece and I have it hung inside. It could be used outside as well.

This would be pretty if they could package it better. Was sent three of these, this first one came in 4 pieces, the second one was send back by the shipper as they would not deliver a broken item and the third one arrived in three pieces. The wood almost shattered so it's not even like you can glue it and the metal is super flimsy without the frame so no way to hang it.

I received this item three time in total and all three times, it arrived SHATTERED. The piece itself is really beautiful and sizable for the price. If it would show up in one piece, I'd give it 5 stars. You also can't use it if the frame is broken (shown) because the hanging hardware is in the wooden frame.
