When I first received this item, it had some minor damage, was missing a shelf, and didn’t include any assembly instructions. Customer service was very helpful over the phone, though it did take a few days to receive the directions. That said, they truly made it right by sending not only the instructions and replacement shelf, but also an entirely new, undamaged piece. I really do love this piece—it’s stylish and functional—but there is a design flaw where the top and bottom sections don’t connect as securely as they should. I decided to anchor it to the wall for added safety and stability.
