Silver Mirrored Glass Wall Clock with Roman Numerals

I bought this clock on 27th Nov 2025. The timekeeping has always been very bad and the hour hand on the face of the clock is now so loose it does not register at all. I am 84 years old and need a good clock (which I thought this was). I am unable to download a photograph. I should be grateful if you would consider replacing this or rectifying it in some way as it is within the year guarantee. The clock is permanently on the wall

Me encantó el tamaño supero mis expectativas, muy hermoso y elegante para mi sala

I need you to send me a return label so that I can can send it back. I put the battery in it, and it still doesn’t work!

Great piece that I needed for my kitchen.

It compliments my door entrance.
