Really lovely large clock it does get stuck occasionally meaning it has to be reset sometimes

This wall clock came not working. I have reached out to Wayfair and they said they will send replacement. Up until now they havent done anything and never send the motor part. Please follow up on my request. It has been more than a month now and i am getting dissappointed
