Hi. Instead of 2 black laundry hampers, the white hamper was delivered and something very different ( some clothes closet!) which I have not ordered- very disappointed. I have tried to use a virtual assistant to help- the answer I received- sorry, you items can not be replaced or returned! So, what do I do !

Based on packaging it was clearly not inspected by Wayfair. It has major dents, and because it is used…non-returnable. I trusted Wayfair’s return inspection. That was a mistake. Also the lid does not fit onto the top at all.
