Pretty sure this is a knock off of a very expensive design. It works fine for our purposes. I think they could have taken a bit more care with some of the welds but I don't think most people would study it to this degree.

Had to return the first one because of paint bubbles between frame and mirror, also a couple of dents (from manufacture not delivery). Second was a little better but liked the color and shape so I kept it.
