Shown as silver but was gold heart

Ordered this cushion and like previous review heart was gold contacted customer service who advised that it is gold one way and silver the other way so you need to brush the sequins to desired colour would never have known this needless to say kept cushions as do look nice once they are silver!

I ordered this cushion looking at this picture. As you can see it has a silver heart. When the cushion arrived it had a gold heart which is not what I wanted. Tried to get some help from customer services how to return this item but havent had any success up to yet.Maybe it was a mistake and the wrong colour was sent out . It would be nice to be able to speak to someone and try to put things right. It is a lovely cushion just the wrong colour

A nice cushion but disappointed it wasn't brighter and shinier . Never mind, it's good quality.
