Good value for money arrived much sooner than stated

It is a shame as all the other items were perfect. But the dispenser is way below the quality of the other items in the range. Basically the top is made from cheap plastic and does not fit correctly ,I doubt it will last more than a few weeks before it goes in the bin. I was going to contact you directly but this popped up in my in box
