Handmade and Hand Finishing Resin Figurine / Sculpture Decorative Object

Despite celebrating a triumph, the dignified pathos of the defeated "barbarians" is preserved. The Dying Gaul Statue was formerly called a gladiator, but with his moustache and neck torque he is clearly what the Roman historian Diodorus called a "shaggy-haired Gaul". The sculpture's fame was boosted by the restoration of the right arm, by Michelangelo. With classic details revealing the Greeks' admiration for strength and bravery, this museum-quality replica is captured in bonded natural marble and sculpted to be admired from any angle as fine gallery work.
