TEX is lovely but I could have saved on the price a little bit if I was told their be an offer on him as I phoned the order in because I needed to know what day would it be delivered. I ask Evri to deliver my parcel to my Parcelshop being the most sustainable delivery option and not wanting it delivered to my home address as this was a surprise gift for my wife. Very annoyed when it was delivered to my house a picture was sent as of delivery with my wife accepting the parcel. Evri had sent me messages that the parcel would be sent to the Parcelshop. Not Happy!!!

His name is Steve. Or so I'm told by the owner, or care giver of Steve. When he opened the package on Christmas morning, he was at a loss for words, except, 'Get me a beer and let's try this bad boy out !' I must admit that when I got it, I remembered that there may have been alcohol involved in the choice of the present. A cute present anyway.

I bought it for my sister as a Christmas gift. A friend of hers in the sixth grade had a stuffed armadillo lamp, and she's always wanted one. I've never found a stuffed armadillo lamp. Truth to tell, I've never looked that hard. But this is nearly as good, amd easliy obtained. It would be the perfect wedding gift for that "special" couple. Or a graduation gift for someone who's about to be a legacy in his father's old fraternity. It goes with just about any decor. Armadillos are classic after all. It looks surprisingly real. People may think there's an armadillo on your patio drinking your beer. Though they will also hold soda cans, or sparkling water or even fruit juice. As my sister prefers Shirazz, which doesn't come in cans, to beer, this is a definite plus. One could buy four and have them support table legs, or porch pillars. One could buy as many as required and have them clutch fence posts. The effect would be striking. It would certainly get you noticed. All in all I would reccomend Tex the Armadillo for many purposes, including hodling beer cans.

Really nice , bough it about 2 years ago and still in my coffee table holding a old beer can , friends always make comments about it. I wish I can have another one but facing en different direction...

Husband has been fighting armadillos in the yard for years so I thought this would make a gift for laughing with. Paint quality is quite good, size is smaller than I hoped - more like a very young 'dillo baby. Would have liked adult size. Hint to manufacturers: make an adult 'dillo to hold a bag of chips or bowl for peanuts, etc. Finding someone who also wants a 'dillo brings the price a bit more in line with a 2 for $30.
