Very disappointed - lovely picture perfectly matched with light oak frame, but inadequately packed with tissue paper and frame completely snapped in the bottom middle! No invoice, no return information and no contact number. Found online difficult to find and when did found it would cost more than picture price, with paying import fee and then export fee it would be double the price!! Was going to order a summer picture to match because I love it had it been unbroken.
