I had ordered this 16th or 19 th December and irecieved through out numerous emails telling me it was so far by following the tracking when in fact Wayfair had not even ordered it from a German wharehouse. I'm disabled so is my carer, a very heavy series of tryptic paintings arrived instead unbeknown to both of us and without Carlisle in both knees carried for me to open upstairs only for me to then open it and realise it was the wrong painting. Wayfair support team continually showed a calavire attitude of 'c'est le vie ' . Finally the actual painting arrived, it was on a thin stick frame ,loose canvas with staples, as artist I know no one frames a painting in this way. They in response said they did not do good will gestures but made it sound I would get the painting with £10 off, I didn't I was encouraged to have £10 off my next purchase from Mayfair . Very disappointed at their inconsideration and no loyal customer service, as a disabled person I can't get out to 'shop' so depend on online service, got me!
