Cotton Blend Curtain Panel Pair (Set of 2)

We had a great admiration for rivers, from the humble stream that passed by Kelmscott Manor to the great River Wandle that he used to dye his textiles at Merton Abbey. From 1883 Morris began designing a series of gently flowing patterns named after tributaries of the River Thames. The Lodden pattern is part of this series, named after the River Loddon, that flows through Berkshire and Hampshire. In rich deep blue and olive-green tones, the Lodden eyelet curtains are printed onto a beautiful 100% cotton Panama base and finished with a beautiful, printed lining, featuring Morris’ iconic Willow Bough design.
