DO NOT ORDER! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED with this large Norman Rockwell canvas. I have ordered 5 copies of this canvas print in total over a period of approximately 18 months as i love the Lobsterman/Mermaid by Norman Rockwell. EVERY copy (remember i said 5!) I received from Wayfair had quality control issues. Canvas 1 arrived with faded paint colours (it was griege not vibrant). It looked as though the printer ink had run out just before they printed my copy and the canvas was not correctly positioned on the frame. Canvas 2 & 3 arrive damaged. They looked as though the courier company had trampled all over the boxes. On both deliveries, there was damage to the outside cardboard packaging which resulted in tears to the canvas edges and the print was positioned 'off centre' on both artworks. Canvas 4 arrived wrapped in brown paper, (no cardboard to protect it) The positioning of the print was misaligned again. Meaning my lobsterman was facing his mirror image. Canvas 5 arrived in cardboard but the the canvas was still misaligned. Obviously there is no quality control. I have ordered, returned, reordered, returned again...and again. I have waited up to 3 weeks for replacements to arrive, only to be disappointed again & again. I have arranged collections which never happened. I have re-booked collections which again never happened, meaning i have a large wrapped canvas, sitting in my lounge, waiting to be collected for weeks at a time! On tracking the item with EVRI, it showed that the item had been collected when in fact it was still sitting in my lounge. This happened TWICE with the same canvas. I have spent a great deal of time speaking with Customer support. I have had text message conversations with them, i have used the online messaging. There isn't a 'contact' i haven't used to complain! In short DO NOT ORDER THIS NORMAN ROCKWELL LARGE CANVAS PRINT. You will be disappointed with the quality and for £139.99 it is not worth the money...or my wait to get my refund ! Very unhappy customer!
