Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The furniture arrived in broken and damaged boxes, with several pieces chipped and marked. To make matters worse, screws and hinges were missing, making assembly impossible. Considering the price paid, the quality and condition were unacceptable. Customer service has been poor and unhelpful throughout. Although a return was promised, the company is now refusing to collect the furniture, leaving me stuck with damaged, unusable items and no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
