I am so disappointed with this item. I ordered those with black ends. When it arrived the ends were white. Photo does not match description at all. It’s costing me £30 to return them. I will never order anything from this company again. Disgusting customer service

Looks really nice but sent the wrong colour twice and when I got the right colour it had loads of scratches on like it was used. Also noticed that there is black colour that rubs off from the ball which had left marks on my new curtain…not ideal
