1st diffuser delivered and it arrived with a non-functioning remote. A second diffuser was sent and that remote never worked either. Now...neither diffuser diffuses - each turns off after just seconds on (cycling 2 colors). I am so disappointed. I thought we could equate QUALITY with Wayfair products. I have to give 1 star; trust me - it's unearned.
