Item bought twice. First time marks on it and second time it arrived broken.

When I call wayfair they said we wont be able to help at all 1 week now no reply even send pictures and called customer services said wont able to help resulaution team will look into even my online account wont let me return items even though 30 days money back guarantee. Very bad company and that supplier. No one should bought from them 0 star should give
