I am never shopping with Wayfair ever again. I ordered an item from Wayfair recently, and it's fine, but I hated the color. This item uses Wayfair's freight system, it's too large for FedEx/UPS. I scheduled a delivery pickup for Saturday, October 12th. I was given a delivery window from 2 pm to 6 pm, and I made sure I would be home during that window. Well, their delivery truck showed up at 1 pm while I was still grocery shopping. When I didn't call them back fast enough, they left. I was beyond frustrated, but Wayfair insisted the only option was to reschedule the delivery pickup for another day. So I rescheduled for Saturday, October 19th. This time I was given a delivery window from 3 pm to 7 pm. At 3 pm, I called Wayfair to make sure they were definitely coming today. The rep I spoke to said I was the last pickup of the day, but that I was definitely on the list, and I should get a call if anything changes. I told her of my previous frustrations, and she said she would text the driver and let them know that this is a second attempt at a pick-up and that it was very important that they reach out to me if anything is going to prevent them from making my pick-up. Well it is now 8:20 PM as I'm writing this, on Saturday the 19th, and I never got any texts or calls from the delivery driver (which I have received in past deliveries). So... how much of my time am I going to have to put in to return this freaking bookcase, Wayfair? Once this return is over and done with, I will NEVER be shopping here again. And I used to shop here a lot.
