The first one delivered had paint chipped off it in various places, and looked second hand - and NO not antique second hand. Rang to complain as this is a Christmas present for someone important to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT, AND I MEAN BRILLIANT . Mohammed appreciated where I was coming from, and how disappointed I was. Arranged a replacement for me, and I have to say that the second one is NO BETTER. Design is great, and if you want someone to think you are giving them something you are throwing out for a present, them it OK. NOT worth more than £10, but with a bit more care in the QC department, its a lovely gift.
