What first seems to be a fun whimsical image of a giddy child flying a novelty balloon across a beautiful blue sky with fluffy clouds in a surreal aesthetic soon transpires to be something else. The balloon isn’t a balloon at all but a quite realistic looking fish with a painful hook through its mouth attached to a line held by the young girl.
