Arrangement (Set of 3)

I really loved these when they arrived. Carefully packaged , and they look real . Everyone has comments how beautiful they are

This was delivered to wrong address, I complained to Hermes initially without satisfactory results. After lodging another complaint flower (which was part of centre piece for my 50th anniversary cake) finally arrived. It was crushed and out of shape, fortunately I was able to restore its shape. From packaging it was obvious it had already been opened even though address on package was correct. The prod t itself was fine. I attach copy of delivery details and packaging.

The flower and colour looks vintage just what H aved been looking for buying flowers is hit and miss, the only thing I will complain about on the website it does quote set of 3 when arrived 1 single stem so disappointed priced at £11.99 had to re-order 2 more at a cost :(
