Phases Of The Moon II - Single Picture Frame Painting

I'd had my eye on this for a while as I loved how it looked and was saving up for it. When it arrived I was beyond disappointed. It looks really cheap, it has plastic not glass, which it didn't state in the description. There was no way included to hang it. There was dust and dirty bits inside the picture, which showed clearly on the white background, also a black print line near the edge which was really obvious. Also the moons are pixilated and not round. Also the border is the same colour white as the background, not pale grey as it looks in the photo's.
