Very Disappointed with customer service after buying this for a present when hanging it noticed the Queen was slanted not an option to straighten as it is sealed from the back called up emailed and sent pictures would not offer me the chance to exchange! 10 discount or return for refund,which l have done now will replace the picture from elsewhere because it was brought with the King. The customer service if something is not right would definitely put me off dealing with them again.
