Nice unusual clock. Has a quiet tick. Staff very good but long wait to speak to anyone. UPS very poor at changing delivery, kept saying it would be delivered next day and then wasn't. Waited in for 3 full days on this basis. Had to collect the clock myself in the end as it had been left at a collection point. No problems with wayfair itself.
