Well packaged...I bought this item first before buying the other kneeling figurine to match - they looks great

Tried to call customer services about this yesterday and today, couldn’t get through so NOT HAPPY. The Item was delivered with two pads missing from the base and several paint defects. Was so excited to receive the item after placing the order. Still love the outline of the figure but disappointed about the paint work and heat bubbles in the resin. Did want to order worsley but not happy enough with this one to do so. Please see photos and get in touch customer services. This was not as advertised.
