The delivery service was a farce. Firstly i was told the delivery to be on a Monday, then a Tuesday, 11am -3-30pm, then Wed, 11am - 3-30pm, then Thurs, 11am -3-30pm, but then to be delayed by one working day. We gave up waiting in for the delivery. We arrived home at 6-15pm, on the Thurs, to find the parcel left outside our front door at 3-29pm, in the pouring rain, saturated. No signature to prove delivery. Miraculously, the canvas print was not damaged, when you consider the only packaging was a cardboard box, no extra packaging, no bubble wrap. The print is now on our lounge wall, level, but unfortunately not looking level. The rectangle shape of the print is not square, so we are having go to the extra expense of getting the canvas framed so as to give us that level feeling. All in all, our experience with your company was not a good one. Thank you for that.
