Definitely block out a lot of light with is great. I read a review that commented on the beige curtains being more brown in tone, but I find them to be a bit more peachy and warm toned. Not a huge problem but definitely nice to know.

I have a set of the teal coloured curtains & cream coloured curtains. They are marketed as blackout, but don't block out all the light (so I've had to fit blackout blinds too). Lovely colour and fabric.
