Tried organising a return on 4 different occasions. First time the they collected 1 return and left the other, called again and booked another return and waited in all day and nobody turned up, called again to organise another return and again nobody turned up, Called again and they sent the wrong return labels so shop wouldn’t take them and now I’ve given up as I’ve wasted so much time and stress on this. So all in all I have 2 rolls of paper I don’t want and no refund. Won’t be shopping here again
