Rivero Flat Wall Mirror

I need someone from customer service to get in touch with me right away. I reported an incident previously because the mirror I ordered arrived completely shattered. You then sent me a replacement that also arrived completely shattered. It’s dangerous for me to handle this broken glass, and it’s not safe for me to ship it back. Please just refund me. I don’t want to be charged for this product, and given that it arrived broken multiple times, the quality is clearly poor. HELP
