I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Wayfairs service. I recently paid £20 for their free delivery subscription, but now every time I try to place an order, they immediately cancel it for no reason! This is a complete scam—they happily took my subscription money but are now refusing to process my orders. To make matters worse, I ordered a wardrobe from them a week ago worth £369.99 and it arrived damaged in multiple places. The quality control is nonexistent, and the service is atrocious. I highly advise everyone to think twice before buying anything from Wayfair. They will take your money and leave you with damaged items and canceled orders. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere. Unacceptable!
