Got my Navy throw, once i opened, omg smells horrible its lime damp smell , it looks used return item, not ckean at all

For transparency, the 1‑star review is not regarding the throw. However, this is the only place I can share my experience with potential buyers. I’ve recently had an issue with Wayfair that has left me at a financial loss due to incorrect advice from several customer service agents. Despite following the instructions I was repeatedly assured were correct, I was later told the opposite — and Wayfair has refused to honour the refund I was advised I would receive. While I’m sure they will respond by suggesting it was my mistake, that does not discount the number of times I was misinformed and misled throughout the process. No customer should be left worse off after relying on guidance from a company of this size. So if you choose to buy from here, I genuinely hope you don’t run into any problems, because the aftercare I received has been extremely disappointing.

This throw very luxurious great for the living room or the bedroom really nice

Nice blanket for a fair price. It is really good quality. You have to wash it well at first as it comes from recycled materials and the smell is quite strong but I’m ordering another one for my bed so really happy with my purchase!
