It is a nice mirror and looks as advertised. The reason for the average rating is due to my courier experience and the fact I can't register my alarm. This is a large mirror and the DHL delivery person just tossed it over a 6.5-foot fence! I have video evidence and photos, if you need it. Thankfully, it was well-packaged and I haven't noticed any damage YET. I could have sent this complaint to WayFair Customer Service directly, but it isn't easy finding their email online - so much for online business with faceless support.

Beautiful mirror, just exactly what I was looking for. Small criticism; the black felt on the back marked the wall slightly. No problems with ordering or delivery and very well parcelled up
