Solid Wood Tray

It arrived broken. Called customer service right away and I was told that I would get a return shipping label for the broken item and would be shipped another one. I haven’t received any email, return shipping label or the replacement item. Waste of money, disastrous customer service! Don’t waste your money!

Pretty but cheaply made. Arrived damaged so returned

I ordered this tray because it would have complemented my bar area nicely. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. Wayfair was kind enough to send a replacement which also arrived broken and shoddy. After the third replacement arrived broken, we finally agreed to simply get a refund. I am very disappointed with this product. The manufacturer should do better.
